Fifty-50-Fifty

This month I turned the big 50. Yes I've arrived at the number most folks dread. What's to dread about this?
Life is like a book. Each chapter is full of stuff! Some chapters are better than others, but the whole book will be completed when I'm 6 feet under. Will my book be filled with positive stuff or will it be all about the negative things that happen. I hope I can be remembered for being positive and maybe fun!
I want this next decade to be a chance for me to complete some projects, reconnect with some old friends, love my family and spend quality time with them, and of course work on completing my bucket list for life!
Thanks to my sister and mom for the beautiful flowers for my birthday, a watering can full of blossoms. Big thanks to my coworkers for their gifts too. Marbles in case I lose mine, a hot/cold pack for life's aches and pains, batteries (no explaining), firming creme for the wrinkles in life, and a few more goodies along those line. My BF Sandy and I had a wonderful day shopping together and just girl time. And Pam BF you came to town to celebrate over margaritas too! Love ya everybody.
Kenny and the kids... we enjoyed eating out together too. Thanks for spending time with me. Here's to another 50 years on this roller coaster we call life!
