One last post about July. I started the month with a visit to Pigeon Forge on a 7 day camping trip. We love that place even when it's crowded. This trip was exceptionally hot though so it wasn't the best trip we have made there. Always good to get away though. The pictures are from the trip over there. I=40 west has been closed for over 5 months detouring folks thru Johnson City Tn. into NC. Here's the reason---a major rock slide. Gotta love the pics. Can you see the men hanging from the wires ont he side of the rocks???

Then I've ended up the month of July on the other end of the state in Wilmington. I needed a class for my license renewal. What better place than a vacation spot, and where better than with my great friend Pam!

Yes it was hot there too, but the beach breezes makes a difference. It was a girls only trip. A great time to talk and catch up. Love ya Pam....thanks for having me.
